Etude House

Now, I want to share with you Korean products that I got a hold a year ago (and I forgot to post!) and some of my personal favorites which I recently "impulsively" bought! Hihi.. 
I love their packaging! They are soo cute! I got some for myself, for my mom,mother-in-law and for my clients. I just forgot the price for each since I threw away the receipt. Sorry... but I assure you their products are amazing but affordable! Here are some of my insights...

Wonder Pore Refresher
It's a refreshing toner that is best to use after washing the face. It thoroughly refreshes and gently tightens the pores---estimated price: 600-800

Total Age Repair Powder Foundation
This is a gift for my mom which I tried first at the store and saw how fine it was on my skin. It is a compact that comes with a mirror and powder puff. ---estimated price:1,000

Cleansing Puff
This is absolutely my fave! It's a seaweed slimy round stuff that gently scrubs and massages your face with your favorite soap! When I gave one to my mom, she instantly liked it! ---estimated price: 175-200

Powder Puff (set of 2) 
Of course you need to change your powder puffs once in a while! If you can't wash them at least buy new ones---estimated price:50-75

Drawing Show Brush Liner (black)
This is an amazing product, it is an easy to apply brush pen eyeliner that doesn't come off easily! It's smudgeproof.---estimated price: 500

Hair Spray
I love the packaging! It's flirty!It doesn't look like a hairspray in can! The smell is not overpowering and it holds pretty well.---estimated price:225-275

Velcro rollers with clamps
Setting your hair with these will give your hair some volume. The rollers are really cute because it's pink! It has clamps so that the velcro rollers won't fall. ---estimated price for a set of three: 75

Sorry I forgot the prices for each. But I didn't forget that I got all of these with a 20% off discount! Amazing right?!

My favorites: 
Any Balm 21---a balm that you can apply anywhere except on your face. Its says it has argan oil.Sometimes, I apply a bit on my hair. 

The cleansing puff I love! It's moist inside a sealed plastic when you buy it. When not in use,hang it to dry. To use it again, wet, then squeeze the water out.Put a little soap then massage this heavenly puff/sponge in circular motions on your face and neck (avoid the eye area). Just throw it away when there are too many black deposits. 

For now, I am loving these! I love how the tint do wonders to my lips! It is
moisturizing! A lip balm and tint in one! Wow!  If it has SPF, I'll be a fan forever! 

The mascara... ohhh the mascara... I love it! It truly delivers its promise to volumize lashes! It dries fast when applied.I didn't experience any smudging and it's washable too.

Lash Perm Volume Mascara-498pesos
It's a good thing that they did something really neat with the packaging and the mechanism. Unlike other lip tints, this one is different. You have to push the bottom for the product to come out. So I suggest that you push once or twice since you can't twist it back down.Oh, and I chose this color because it's close to the shade of my lips:-) 

To summarize, my experience with their products are amazing! I still use them and replenish if I need to. I personally like buying beauty products that are good for Asian skin. Just like the Koreans, they are very concerned with their looks and health, therefore, they include ingredients that promotes or enhances their well-being.

Muji Cosmetics

My first Muji purchase was years ago.... I'm not so sure.I bought their beautiful pink blusher and neutral eyeshadow before which came out really nice and natural. Now, I want to share with you my recent purchase from the same store, here are the pictures.  Make up Base-25ml Make up foundation-25ml Eyecolor palette-2.2g Creamy liquid concealer-6.6g  Powder foundation-9.8g  Loose powder in pearl natural-18g White foundation case I love MUJI, it's from Japan and their products are gentle on my skin. They are affordable too and the packaging resembles to that of a well-known and expensive Japanese brand, not all though. It's good that they are including UV protection too which is really important for me.  This is the eyeshadow palette and it's very handy. It's been a long time...

 Oh my, it's been a long time since I have last posted something about work... and I think it has been a year already to be exact!  Anyway, I won't make any promises but I will really try my very best to post works more often and perhaps share more about what ladies often want to learn more. Even the men can join too.  And to share some more today, I almost gave up being a make up artist! Probably one of the reasons why is because, most people nowadays are becoming more and more of a critic and doesn't know what real art is. I had a lot of experiences, really bad ones, that I almost lost myself but I just prayed to God. Then, it happened...I still get blessings from Him. They just kept pouring in. I couldn't even believe it myself but I always thought God was the one who is telling me to slow down. To enjoy. To do my best.  Now, I'm grateful.This is me, still working and surviving....  after 13 years. Thank you God. I am grateful.
