I love...love....

Not everyone can pull this off...but getting out of your comfort zone means something else...light brows, dark eyes, sculpted cheeks and luscious berry lips! Make up is a form of art, the eyes knows where it goes and it judges but never criticizing and is never boring...creating a canvass that tells a story every form, every shape and every color...

Pre-debut pictorial

One of the things I love most is doing a pictorial for a debutant. This picture is just one of those that captured the beauty of the debutant not just the make up or not even the hair but the overall look.In this classic look, everyone can pull it off regardless of weight, color or any flaw that one might have seen. It is just a matter of giving confidence to the model and creating a look that will match her persona. This was taken a year ago for a debut party which has a theme of  The Next Top Model. It was super nice! Everyone were dressed like they just stepped out from a magazine! Photo by Michelle Morelos

What do you think of this ad?

I had this done a year ago for a magazine advertisement. My sister gladly accepted my offer to be my model. Thank you to myself for taking the pictures!lol

Inside my kit...

These are some of the brands I normally use for my events especially weddings but sometimes I also use some drugstore brands such as Revlon, Maybelline and Loreal. They maybe inexpensive but some of them works well and is comparable to high-end ones.

Entourage Make up

My friend's sisters...  My friend.... One of my closest friends in college who just arrived from the States had asked me to do her family's make up.Their little brother just got married. They wanted to look really fabulous on the wedding! I had them all airbrushed to withstand the unpredictable heat and/or cool weather. My friend just look a lot like Kristine Hermosa here...even with kids, she looked so fab!

Damsel in Distress...

What else does my team do besides prettifying ladies and grooming men?     A few years ago, a bride of mine got her zipper stucked and got broken when she had it pulled. She panicked and was about to cry! I calmed her down asked for a needle and thread then sewn the gown together.I saw her wedding pictures and there were no traces of panic nor sadness, all smiles with her eyes and what a beautiful bride she was! This picture was taken by me and was really proud while hairstylist Joey is sewing the Bride's gown at the back. The bride may have lost so much weight but after it was adjusted, the fit looked really good! Great job Joey!

It's just me and these are mine...

I have heard terrible news from a lot of people that some "jerks" are grabbing photos from other websites!I don't like to be a victim. Just to get clients and queries, I think these people are actually doing it. The worst story but not yet confirmed (at least by me!) I've heard that another artist is using my name too...the source is a friend who got it from another source...maybe they just heard it wrong...albeit the work of this artist, the result was good! Thank God! But I'm just wondering if it's true...=)

The wedding I had with a fellow supplier...

Here are the official photos from Lightshapers Photography What a pretty bride! The veil framed her face perfectly! I got a text from a good friend-fellow supplier, Beth from Full Circle Events Coordination and has asked me to do the make up of her cousin.I have worked with her a few times already since 2006. The wedding of her cousin was a civil one which was held at a posh hotel in Alabang. I was happy to to have heard from her and with all the "new" make up artists around, I was still on top of her list! Thank so much Beth! Oh by the way, I think the bride looks a lot like Bea Alonzo? Or Tanya Garcia perhaps?

http://ejblitiatco.blogspot.com is no longer active! I haven't logged on for a few years maybe that's why it has been removed=(  too bad! I have posted so much from that site since the year I started in the industry...
