Eyebrow Kit by Jazzy Collections (James Cooper)

Jazzy Eyebrow Kit -399.00Php

This is probably one of the interesting make ups I've discovered this rainy season and it is smudgeproof! (And I think waterproof!) I was window shopping at Podium Mall Ortigas and went inside Watsons. This James Cooper stall caught my eye and saw some beautiful lipcolors. Then my eyes wandered some more and  landed on this kit.

For me, I think this liquid eyebrow make up is a bit tricky to use  and not really for those who are impatient to achieve flawless eyebrows. A little goes a long way and as soon as you squirt some of it,you have to apply at once.

There are three colors of this and I got the lightest one since I always color my hair 2 shades lighter. If you squirt too much of the product you can't put it back and there is no way to do that. So you should be able to press it lightly for the product to come out then add some more if needed.

With two brushes. The thinner one for drawing then the other for filling in. Actually, you can use either of the two. Again, it takes practice especially if you're using liquid that it's hard to erase. Be sure to include a spooly brush such as this one for blending.

The product on a palette.
On my skin. It is quite dark because It was too much.
Since my eyebrow is quite dark this is not my idea of softened eyebrows...so you need to check out my next post!

Will I buy it again? Yeah I guess, but if I'll be using this color I should lighten my eyebrows first:-) Then if my hair is dark, I'll consider the darker one. The trick here is eyebrows should match your hair or you can go lighter but never too dark.

Bridal Make up Beauty Transformation

II'm back again! I'm sharing this video and photos with you!  These were taken on  my sister's wedding day! My sister and I had the greatest make up session in our lives! Imagine us, sisters who bonded on the last hours before she says "I do". We just laughed and cried!I will never forget this moment!  I chose not to do a neutral or earth-tone look as I was eyeing a look that's a little both dramatic and ethereal. I asked Jay, my trusted hairstylist and friend to do her beautiful braided hair. Products used: Temptu Airbrush Foundation and Blush   temptu.com Loose Powder Foundation to set:  shuuemura.com Eyebrow gel creme:  macprocosmetics Eyeshadow colors:  viseartparis.com Lipcolor:  stila.com #beautytransformation #bridalmakeup #hairandmakeup   Before (bare faced no make up except eyelash extensions)  After (straight from my phone camera)  And these are photos from the photographer , Ralph Alejandrino. Muji Cosmetics

My first Muji purchase was years ago.... I'm not so sure.I bought their beautiful pink blusher and neutral eyeshadow before which came out really nice and natural. Now, I want to share with you my recent purchase from the same store, here are the pictures.  Make up Base-25ml Make up foundation-25ml Eyecolor palette-2.2g Creamy liquid concealer-6.6g  Powder foundation-9.8g  Loose powder in pearl natural-18g White foundation case I love MUJI, it's from Japan and their products are gentle on my skin. They are affordable too and the packaging resembles to that of a well-known and expensive Japanese brand, not all though. It's good that they are including UV protection too which is really important for me.  This is the eyeshadow palette and it's very handy. I love its case because it's transparent you can see the colors instantly. The pigmentation is quite good as I've said looks natural maybe sheer. Better layer the colors for intense effect. I also suggest that you ...

It's been a long time...

Oh my, it's been a long time since I have last posted something about work... and I think it has been a year already to be exact!  Anyway, I won't make any promises but I will really try my very best to post works more often and perhaps share more about what ladies often want to learn more. Even the men can join too.  And to share some more today, I almost gave up being a make up artist! Probably one of the reasons why is because, most people nowadays are becoming more and more of a critic and doesn't know what real art is. I had a lot of experiences, really bad ones, that I almost lost myself but I just prayed to God. Then, it happened...I still get blessings from Him. They just kept pouring in. I couldn't even believe it myself but I always thought God was the one who is telling me to slow down. To enjoy. To do my best.  Now, I'm grateful. This is me, still working and surviving....  after 13 years. Thank you God. I am grateful.
