Bride Cerise (2012)

Cerise is an officer in a crime lab. She is very simple but she has this charming appeal that everyone is so pleased to look at. I did her make up when she was a part of the bridal party I did a few years ago in Laguna near the Quezon province.She is so cool and fun to be with!

Make up look:

I think she had a Chinese blood in her. I made her eyes look bigger but softer for a garden wedding.

Hair:

Her hair was made into an updo for both the Christian ceremony at the garden and reception. This was done so the gown details such as the neckline won't be covered. She looked so elegant and her wedding gown was so unique.

Muji Cosmetics

My first Muji purchase was years ago.... I'm not so sure.I bought their beautiful pink blusher and neutral eyeshadow before which came out really nice and natural. Now, I want to share with you my recent purchase from the same store, here are the pictures.  Make up Base-25ml Make up foundation-25ml Eyecolor palette-2.2g Creamy liquid concealer-6.6g  Powder foundation-9.8g  Loose powder in pearl natural-18g White foundation case I love MUJI, it's from Japan and their products are gentle on my skin. They are affordable too and the packaging resembles to that of a well-known and expensive Japanese brand, not all though. It's good that they are including UV protection too which is really important for me.  This is the eyeshadow palette and it's very handy. It's been a long time...

 Oh my, it's been a long time since I have last posted something about work... and I think it has been a year already to be exact!  Anyway, I won't make any promises but I will really try my very best to post works more often and perhaps share more about what ladies often want to learn more. Even the men can join too.  And to share some more today, I almost gave up being a make up artist! Probably one of the reasons why is because, most people nowadays are becoming more and more of a critic and doesn't know what real art is. I had a lot of experiences, really bad ones, that I almost lost myself but I just prayed to God. Then, it happened...I still get blessings from Him. They just kept pouring in. I couldn't even believe it myself but I always thought God was the one who is telling me to slow down. To enjoy. To do my best.  Now, I'm grateful.This is me, still working and surviving....  after 13 years. Thank you God. I am grateful.
